Elle’s family is behind Botanica Luxury Villas — one of Phuket’s most respected and awarded luxury villa development brands, operating continuously since 2004. Founded by architect Attasit Intarachooti under AAP Architecture Properties & Development, Botanica has grown into a dominant presence in Phuket’s luxury residential market, with over 31 successfully developed and sold projects, recognition as the highest market share villa developer in Phuket (confirmed by Colliers Thailand in 2024), and 19+ prestigious industry awards including multiple wins at the Dot Property Thailand Awards and Thailand Property Awards.
Botanica’s portfolio spans diverse architectural styles — from Balinese tropical to Modern Luxury and Modern Loft — with properties in Bangtao, Layan, Cherngtalay, Rawai, Kamala, Karon, and Chalong. The brand has expanded beyond Phuket into Krabi and commands a reputation for build quality, architectural integrity, and investment-grade returns for buyers. Prior to joining Kinnara Capital, Elle was directly involved in operations within the Botanica ecosystem before pursuing her own business interests. She brings the perspective of both a family business insider who understands development from the ground up, and an independent entrepreneur who has tested her own commercial judgement in competitive markets.

As Chief Property Officer, Nattaya Intarachooti leads product strategy and property development oversight for Kinnara Capital’s active and pipeline projects. Her responsibilities encompass site evaluation, product concept development, villa and resort design standards, delivery partner relationships, and buyer experience architecture.
Her contribution to Saraya Beach Resort and Residences in Sekotong, West Lombok — Kinnara Capital’s flagship project — has been central to ensuring that the development meets the product quality standards expected by international buyers.
