Julie began her career in financial services at National Australia Bank (NAB), one of Australia’s four major banks. Working within a tightly regulated institutional environment, she developed deep competency in compliance frameworks, governance obligations, risk management protocols, and the management of complex operational processes with multiple stakeholder layers. The discipline instilled by banking — where audit trails, accountability, and process integrity are non-negotiable — forms the foundation of how she approaches operational governance at Kinnara Capital.

Following her banking career, Julie moved into a senior corporate leadership role at Coles Group — one of Australia’s largest and most complex enterprise organisations, operating at national scale across procurement, logistics, technology, and workforce management. At corporate level, Coles functions as a sophisticated multi-division business with the governance structures, stakeholder complexity, and programme delivery demands of any major ASX-listed corporation. Julie’s role sat firmly within that enterprise environment — focused on organisational process architecture, cross-functional programme management, and the coordination of large, distributed teams across multiple business units. This experience in steering complex programmes within a high-accountability corporate structure translates directly to the operational discipline Kinnara Capital demands as it scales across multiple international markets.

Julie subsequently moved into one of Australia’s most heavily regulated sectors — healthcare administration. She held senior programme leadership roles at Citadel Health and, most recently, as Senior Program Manager at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) — the peak professional body governing general practice standards across Australia.

The RACGP role demanded leadership of complex, multi-party programmes within strict regulatory and reporting frameworks, coordinating across government stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and administrative systems. The experience reinforced a core professional discipline: that real accountability is built through documented processes, clean reporting, and structured oversight — not assurances.

Julie holds an MBA from Mt Eliza Business School (2002–2007), one of Australia’s most respected graduate business schools, providing the academic framework that supports her practical leadership experience in governance, operations, and strategic programme management.

As COO, Julie Noorman oversees the full operational infrastructure of the Kinnara Capital group — spanning compliance protocols, investor reporting standards, internal governance frameworks, cross-border team coordination, and project administration across all active developments. She has been instrumental in establishing the institutional-grade operating procedures that give Kinnara Capital’s investor base confidence in how their capital is managed and how projects progress from contract to delivery.

Her presence at the operational helm ensures that the governance structures behind every Kinnara Capital project are independently auditable, consistently maintained, and aligned with the expectations of sophisticated international investors.
