His experience encompasses sales team recruitment and onboarding, training programme design, pipeline management, CRM system discipline, and the management of agent networks across both direct and channel models. In property development sales specifically, he understands the distinct challenges of selling off-plan or pre-completion assets to buyers who are making significant capital commitments on the basis of project confidence rather than physical inspection — and the standards of consultant professionalism that environment demands.

As Director of Sales, David Heward manages all property consultants operating across Kinnara Capital’s development portfolio. He is responsible for team performance, training standards, buyer interaction protocols, and ensuring that the sales function operates to the professional standards expected of an internationally credible property developer.
