Background
Two Decades of Industrial Building
TSG Group, trading as Tang's Industrial Solutions, grew out of Jiangsu Xutian Construction. Over 20 years in China it has designed and built factories, cleanrooms and industrial parks for manufacturers, and it reports more than 380 completed projects.
TSG opened its Indonesian branch at PIK 2 in Tangerang in 2024, the same year it opened in Thailand. The Indonesian company holds local construction and equipment installation qualifications, and works with a team of 15 bilingual engineers.
Its clients include Japanese, German and multinational manufacturers. TSG reports a 98.2% retention rate among its Japanese corporate clients.

One Contractor From Plan to Handover
TSG works as an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractor, so one team carries a project from feasibility to maintenance.

Feasibility analysis, cost budgeting and interpretation of local policy.

Saraya Lombok
TSG's Role on Saraya Beach Resort
Saraya Beach Resort is delivered through a three-layer model. Kinnara Capital governs the development, Zhongqi Huapu (part of Hua Chuang Group) sets the construction methodology and runs procurement, and TSG carries out the work on the ground.
Phase 1 MEP works are underway, and the base programme targets practical completion by April 2028. Progress is tracked on our development timeline.
