$350–$825 per night
Your villa is sold by PT Kinnara Capital Indonesia as an individually titled asset. Two purchase structures are available: PT PMA / HGB (Foreign Investment Company with 30+20+30 year renewable HGB title, established upon your purchase) or Leasehold (fixed term, held personally or through your own entity). Upon settlement under either structure, resort management services are provided by PT Saraya Beach Resort under a separate management agreement. Owners receive 60% of booking revenue received.
Nightly rates are modelled from independently benchmarked Average Daily Rate data for comparable West Lombok beachfront resort villas across low, shoulder, and peak seasons. A full investment analysis is available to qualified investors upon request.
